Chennai hosted volunteers from all Asha India chapters for the Asha India Conference 2018.
On Feb 10th to 12th : Asha Chennai hosted the Asha India Conference 2018. This was held at the IIT Madras campus from Feb 10th to 12th. Participants had started arriving at Chennai on the 8th and the last participants left by the 14th. On the days leading to the conference we arranged for the participants to do some local sightseeing. The conference itself was held from the morning of the 10th to lunch time on the 12th. On 12th afternoon the participants were taken to the schools in Chennai supported as part of the Poorna Vidhya project. On the 13th the participants were taken to schools in Thiruvallur district supported as part of Project Sangamam and Sangamam Kanini.
